This HAM radio station is operated out of the island of
Curacao in the 'ABC-Islands', Netherlands Antilles.

After moving to Curacao in August 2000, I became a "non-active HAM" for four and a half years. After meeting the guys at the Curacao Contest Consortium, the world famous PJ2T, I got the spark again. My station is now being rebuild and I am active on 2 meter and all HF bands in Voice and CW.

PJ2LS/LH Lighthouse activation
has been activated on air during the International Lighthouse Weekend, August 16, 17, 2008 from "Light Punt Kanon". This lighthouse is situated on the outer East point  on Curacao. The lighthouse is solar powered, an electricity grid is not available in the area, therefore the light house HAM radio activation was fully "self supporting" by using generator power. Read more...

Worked T32YA, east Kiribati
In February of this year I worked East Kiribati... and that on 15 meters. I just got the QSL in... Nice. Last couple of month Pacific seems to be opening up. Especially in the early morning ours. (For those whom have time). More cool QSL's...

PJ2 Lighthouse AN-001 PREP expedition
On 13 and 14 June, PJ2LS and myself have executed a PREP expedition to a restricted area of Curacao at East Point to prepare for the light house event of August this year. We have tested a multi band vertical and a folded dipole on 20 and 40 meters. Band was pretty much open during the expected hours and especially 40 meters was a lot of fun during the nigh with lot's of COMS into the Pacific. All operators, thanks for the call. Call signs used PJ2LS/P and PJ2GT/P.  Read more...

PJ2LS/LH Lighthouse activation
PJ2LS/LH will be on the air during the International Lighthouse Weekend in August 2008 from "Light Punt Kanon". This lighthouse is situated on the outer East point of the Caribbean Island Curacao, one off the Islands belonging to the Dutch Antilles. The lighthouse is solar powered, an electricity grid is not available in the area, therefore it will be a fully “self supporting” activation by using generator power. Just like the good old field days. Operator will be PJ2LS, PD1DRE and me myself and I... PJ2GT... More info...
Worked 3Y0X, DXpedition Peter I, NA-004
A funny note for the 2006 3YŘX DXpedition Peter I Island, Antarctica. " More people have flown in outer space... than have set foot on Peter I Island". I just worked the station on 20 mtr in SSB and CW. Both good signals. Over the weekend it was difficult due to large numbers of stations calling, but now... at Sunday evening it worked with not to much problems. More info...
